Watching Caleb, he needs to get the ball out faster. When a team is blitzing it opens things up downfield. Audible to a hot route and let it rip. Caleb has trouble identifying stunts and exotic blitzes. Holds the ball too long, always looking for the big play. You have to help your OL out and get the ball out quickly when they are getting tossed around like rag dolls.
Honestly, I think Caleb needs to sit. Problem is the Bears don't have a quality vet for him to develop under. Why didn't they sign Sam Darnold when they had the chance? Kidding, well kind of.
What is Kerry Joseph doing? He is the QB coach right? I don't ever see him near Caleb. Last person you want near Caleb after every series is Waldron. Put Waldron up in the booth, or fire him. Just keep Waldron away from Caleb.
I think you may be right. Caleb is regressing and getting worse each week... not better.

He is right on track with the Bears QB development program. By the end of the season they will have fully “developed” him

Yep. It's called "The Trubisky-Fields" development program. It is utterly unique in the entire NFL. Not another like it. You begin with a high 1st round draft pick and then you break them. Then they shuffle off broken... never to play up to their potential again. The coaches have to "look inward" to break these guys with efficiency. Caleb is on track to be a record... could be broken by the end of this first season. Yep, "Look Inward" boys. Look inward.
