There is probably a better place to post this, but couldn't resist. The Raiders seem to be able to figure things out faster than it takes us. He didn't last very long. I wonder if they would be willing to dip their toe again into a Bears OC and replace him with Waldron?

Who would you hire mid-season though?  We'd probably get a temp worker at OC and then have to give Caleb Williams his 3rd OC at the end of the season with a permanent OC - all in his first year here.  Want to fast-track ruining Caleb Williams, well, that's the way there.  Yes, Waldron isn't the long term solution here.  But he is far from being the worst OC.  He has had success with past quarterbacks he's worked with, including Jared Goff, Russell Wilson and Geno Smith.

I had to laugh at that one. We do produce a higher grade of failure than most teams.

Given the way this season is going I’d go for some kid who is a champion level gamer at Madden.
