Warren wouldn’t fire him personally. He would just send down the order to make sure it happens.
Somebody has to do something. At this point I don't care who.
These are easy, obvious decisions at this point. There is zero downside to firing Flus & Wal at this point. The worst possible outcome is that nothing changes on O and you sit CW the rest of the year to avoid getting him killed.
Where is Poles? Where is Warren? Where is the decisive action?
The Bears organization is such a clown school enterprise. Its all meetings and dumb platitudes about "evaluations".

Those are my feelings about the team leadership too...

Depends on what Warren's role is. Does Poles really report to Warren? What level of oversight does Warren have? Can Warren force changes on the day to day operations or is his job franchise football ops--running stadium, the organization and its departments (PR, HR, communications, venders, merch development) and handling city politics.
We don't know how the organizational chart is drawn or how the roles are defined. We do know that Poles went to Warren for approval on the Moore contract, but IMO that was exaggerated for Hard Knocks. I think those things are handled by a quick chat with Poles saying "We're gonna do this any thoughts?" and Warren said "Are the numbers in line? Otherwise go ahead."
I don't think Warren is going to step in here because its not in his job description. Poles might go for advice, but its ultimately up to Poles. If Warren steps in, IMO that means Poles is gone too.

Thomas Brown is “passing game coordinator” and has offensive coordinator experience at both college and NFL level (with Panthers 2023). So he could take over play calling. It couldn’t get any worse.

Bwahahah!
Well...
HAHAHAHA!!
We should try swapping out the Dline for the Oline. How bad could it be?

David. This is the Bears
Well, if it does, we are again drafting high in first round. Would Poles finally draft an offensive lineman?

I thought the same thing. If the lowly Patriots can walk all over the Bears like what happened on Sunday, just think of what the Packers will do to the Bears this coming game. The Bears are going to get curb-stomped. I get it, the Packers have owned us for years and years now. But we've not seen anything like what is about to happen on Sunday. I do hope George doesn't let Virginia watch this one on TV because it will give the poor gal a heart attack... for that matter I'd better not watch it with my old ticker, now that I think about it. The Pats game darn near gave me a heart attack already

Remember back at the draft when I was warning everyone about us getting eaten by Lions?

They were worse than Bears in 2021.
Their record was 3-13-1.
We might win 8 games in 2024. I rest my case.
Well, you were right.
Of course, it didn't have to be this way but when you hire and keep a crap HC you tend to lose a lot.
