Two major black eyes for Ryan Poles there.  I'm not ready to give up on him yet but I admit it is getting harder to stay positive about him.  Too many misses, too few clear "wins" since the Carolina trade.

Let's see what he does with the coaching staff this off-season and the offensive line.  That's what I am watching.  All is forgiven for his mistakes here (Davis, Claypool, keeping Velus Jones  and bad coaching hire stuff)... all is forgiven if he can just learn from past mistakes and do better.  Now.  It is time to show he has learned something and can fix what is broken... in year 4 it's time to get this right.  Four years is long enough to take the training wheels off the bicycle, pull up your big-boy pants and get it right.
