If they're smart they're taking Barkley and than BPA at #4. Doesn't even have to be QB, Taylor gives you the opportunity to wait another year and draft one in 2019.

Taylor + Barkley + BPA (Chubb, Fitzpatrick) would be a pretty good offseason imo.
