What specific changes would you like Brown to make as OC?

I'll start:

(1) More 2TE sets (1 RB, 2 TE, 2 WR) with MLewis as an inline blocker 90% of the time.

(2) Better use of Johnson early in the game as the between the tackles runner. I'd ideally like to see a 60-40 split between Swift and Johnson.

(3) Move Allen to 3rd read on almost all passing downs.

(4) Moore or Rome in motion more than Allen.

(5) Allen should work middle of the field more than the sidelines.

(6) Shorten the reads because the OL can't hold up.

That's a pretty good list, but #3 is one that I would change. He is a hell of a talent. He should be #1 or #2. You just can't use him the way they have been.  And if the OC will make actual real time game adjustments, I think that will also keep the games more competitive. Sticking to your original scheme no matter how the opponents counter until you get to half time is just stupid. Even for grade school. How Flus let him stay is beyond me. I still can't get over that.

1.  Commit to the run game more.  It would sure help Caleb if Brown can get the run game going. 

2.  Get the offense to be more disciplined, committing fewer dumb penalties. 

3.  Limit the deep passing stuff.  Hit more of the quicker passes and move the chains that way.

4.  Get Caleb to limit sacks by just getting rid of the ball in those situations.  Just throw it away.

DJ Moore should be WR1 on this team. Treat him like it for a change, and that goes for both Brown AND Williams. Get Kmet into the offense. If Brax is healthy now run seeps to the left. Use Allen on slants and outs to move the chains on 3rd down. Williams needs to get the ball out faster. Throw on first down in red zone. That would shock me.
